Science, creation, and evolution have a lot to say about the age of the earth. But what can we actually believe? The evolution theories that have been popularized over the last 160 years insist that the earth is extremely old. Most agree that the earth is around 4.5 billion years old. But is this idea supported by science? The answer is quite stunning.

Forty or fifty years ago we were told in our public schools that a technique existed to measure the earth’s age. This was done by taking rock and testing it. This could only work on rocks that were made by heat (called igneous rock). This does not apply to most rocks because most of the rocks are sedimentary (made with water). So far nobody has been able to find a way to measure the age of these rocks or any of the fossils that are found in them (contrary to what we have been told).

The results of many of these tests on the igneous rocks have been shocking. Some of these rocks have been assessed to be millions or even billions of years old. The truth was, according to historical records, they ended up being just two hundred years old (and much less in some cases).

Rocks were taken from the recent Mt. St. Helens volcano and then tested. The age was said to be in the hundreds of thousands of years. Many results have been similar, but the tests have been much more devastating. In every case of known age the testing has been wrong by astronomical amounts. In fact, in every case, you could remove 4 or 5 zero’s and the numbers would be much closer to the real figures. This is true in every single case. That would mean that measurements that are in the billions of years are,in reality, just thousands of years old.

This can all be estimated by just comparing the age of the rock given to us by the test and then comparing that to the real age. That kind of error is literally in the tens of millions of percent. Any error that would be over one hundred percent is gigantic for any scientific discipline. This means that rather than the earth being billions of years old, the real numbers would be in the thousands or possibly millions of years.

The idea of evolution is eliminated if this is the case. A very interesting secret has surfaced over the last ten or twenty years. These age measurements are often discarded if they do not agree with the previously accepted age of a rock that is being measured. Data is being discarded in order to agree with a previous assumption. I.e. evolution.

A more recent case in point where ‘scientists ‘ have altered data has been the manmade global warming issue. For those that are unaware of the events surrounding this issue, those that have been keeping the data for the weather (Even NASA seems to be caught in this as well as East Anglia University) were caught red handed adjusting the numbers to support the manmade global warming idea.

The most significant fact, common to both, is the revelation that ‘scientists’ are not invulnerable to changing the information so that they can support a specific theory or idea. It has now been admitted by those who believe in manmade global warming that there has actually been no global warming since 1995. Most of the public and the media seem to be completely unaware of this amazing revelation.

This action of ‘fudging’ the data has taken place with the theory of evolution as well as the manmade global warming theory. There are other facts that show the earth is much younger than previously thought. For instance, the strength of the magnetic field around the earth is decreasing by 50% every fourteen hundred years. That would mean our earth would be too hot for any life to exist just 25 thousand years ago. That time frame is not enough for any evolution to occur, if we use the evolutionists’ time frames.

Evolutionists often argue that the magnetic poles have had pole reversals in the past. But if that were the case, a pole reversal has nothing to do with the magnetic strength of an object. If you turn a magnet around it does not weaken the magnet significantly, even though the poles are in reverse order. In addition, this ‘pole reversal’ that evolutionists refer to, supposedly took place hundreds of thousands of years ago. So it would have nothing to do with the strength of the magnetic field 25,000 years ago.

This is just the beginning of serious problems with the theory of evolution. But science proves one thing. The age of the earth is not nearly as old as we have been told. And the theory of evolution then becomes an impossibility. It doesn’t matter what kind of evolutionary theory we go with, the age of the earth completely contradicts the theory.
