Difference between general physics and basic physics?

June 26th, 2010 | Author: admin

I am a high school sophomore planning to take a dual enrollment course in physics at a local community college. I have taken algebra 2, but not pre-calculus. What is the difference between basic physics and general physics? Is basic physics, algebra based? Will I be awarded high school credit for that course?
