I took the test after sophomore year and AP Biology (do not know AP exam score yet). My mom says that this is a very poor score considering that I want to go to Columbia University. Should I retake it?

I am in college right now. For my sophomore year I will be taking second semester chemistry and first semester of calculus based physics. After this semester I would be done with one year of calculus. Is that sufficient for physics?
