What is Science? What is Chemistry? Understand the Terms and Understand Everything

You need to start from a basic level. The very beginning in fact. Once you start from the lowest level (no matter where you are right now) you will then understand the whole picture.

I myself started science quite late. I was at school and the class was not too great and the kids in the class were messing about so there was not really the right environment. Five years after school I wanted to get back into education and I picked science as I liked it and I saw it as an infinite exploration. I managed to get on a college level course without any science qualifications.

The Problem/Challenge: Once on my college course I realised that I was doing the work fine but many times meanings, words and terms kept escaping me and it really slowed me down. It was not that I was too slow or not smart enough to keep up; it was down to the fact that I had bypassed the very basic level and gone on to the intermediate level.

The Solution/Resolve: I have a very good glossary of scientific words, terms and meanings which covers basic to intermediate level science and I personally have found it a great source and a great help knowing that I can just go there and get the answer quickly rather than doing an internet search; losing time and losing my thread of concentration and focus.

Definitions of synthesis, things to help understand your science projects, understanding the question: what is ph?, explanations of the chemistry table and or/and the periodic table, ways to identify meanings of reactants and products within the chemistry lab.. All these are possible by understanding the basics. First.

I would recommend that anyone who is studying science or is new to the subject, and is wanting to learn more, visit THIS page and use it as a helpful reference when terminology gets confusing or you need to get a word meaning quick.
