Animal Science usually has a greater focus on agricultural animal management/efficiency/nutrition than animal biology, which focuses more on the actual physical structures/chemical pathways, cell bio, evolution and behavior.

There is a lot of overlap (similar base courses), but animal science is more closely related to animals tied in to the economy.
